Not Quite Right? Let's Fix That! If your items aren't quite what you expected, don't worry. We're here to help with exchanges or refunds. Just drop us an email at janesmith8887@outlook.com, and we'll do everything we can to make things right.

Changing Your Mind? No Problem! You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. If you need to cancel or change your order, simply email us. Please note, we can't accept cancellation requests after the 1-hour mark.

Our Easy-Peasy Return & Refund Policy:

  • You've got 14 days from delivery to decide if your item is perfect for you. To make a return or exchange, please contact us within this timeframe.
  • Please note, we can't accept returns or exchanges for beauty products, gift cards, bodysuits, lingerie sets & sleepwear, swimwear, underwear (including women's shape-wear and body shapers), or final sale items (40% off or more, including buy 1 get 1 free deals) and clearance items.
  • Items must be unworn, in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact. Worn, washed, or altered garments won't be eligible for a refund.
  • All returns need a thumbs-up from our customer service team.
  • For pre-sale items, check the specific shipping time on each product page. By placing your order, you acknowledge the shipping time, and refunds aren't possible during the waiting phase.

Responsibilities:

  • VibeMartini's Part: If we goof up (wrong item/size/color or defective/damaged item), we'll either resend a replacement at our expense or refund the full original product price and its shipping. Please report such issues within 5 days of delivery. Note, we're not responsible for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.
  • Your Part: You'll cover the shipping fees for returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This applies if:
    • Wrong Size/Item: If you ordered the wrong size or product, we can accept a return. You'll handle the shipping fees both ways for an exchange. For refunds, we'll return the original product price, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • Change of Heart: If you no longer want the item or wish to exchange it, let us know within 14 days of receiving the product.
    • Incorrect Address: If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address, resulting in order loss, we can't refund the order.
    • Customs Charges/Taxes Refusal: If you refuse to pay customs charges and the parcel returns to us, we offer a 30% refund of the order. For orders where we've covered taxes (import or export), we offer a 50% refund.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return. For defective or incorrect items, please include a photo of the issue.
  2. Note, we don't provide prepaid return labels, and you're responsible for return shipping costs.
  3. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Important: Please don't return items to the address on your package. That's not our return address, and we can't process refunds for items sent there.
